1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Utilix ("Utilix: Your Smart & Secure Organizer"), you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service contained herein. If you do not agree, do not use the application and uninstall it immediately. Your continued use of the app constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the developer.

2. Privacy & Data Handling

2.1 Local-Only Data Model

This application is designed as a local-first utility. Your Notes, To-Dos, and Subscription details are stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers to collect, store, or transmit your personal entries.

2.2 Encryption (Password Manager)

We use the Android Keystore System to encrypt your passwords. This ensures that sensitive credentials remain cryptographically locked and inaccessible to other apps or individuals.

Note: Notes, tasks, and subscription details are stored in the app’s local database without additional encryption.

2.3 Biometrics & PIN Access

The app provides an optional security layer using Android Biometric Prompt (Fingerprint) or a PIN. We never see or store your biometric data or PIN. Authentication is managed entirely by the Android System.

2.4 Advertising (Third-Party)

We use Google AdMob to display rewarded ads. Google may collect:

• Device Identifiers (Advertising ID).
• Technical data (IP address, device model).

This is used by Google for ad delivery and fraud prevention. See Google’s Privacy Policy for more information.

3. Terms of Use & Disclaimers

3.1 User Responsibility

• Data Backups: Since the app is offline, we cannot recover your data if your device is lost, stolen, or damaged. You are solely responsible for manual backups.
• Access Recovery: Because we do not store your credentials, we cannot reset your PIN or recover your passwords if you forget your access details.

3.2 Subscription Management

The "Subscription Manager" is a tracking tool only. It does not cancel your actual financial obligations with third parties (e.g., Netflix). You must manage cancellations through the respective service providers.

3.3 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the app for any illegal activities or to store content that violates any laws.

3.4 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranty that the app will be error-free or that the encryption is 100% impenetrable. Use at your own risk.

3.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechHridh shall not be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the app, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

4. Updates & Deletion

Changes: We may update this document at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this URL.

Data Removal: To delete your data, you must manually delete entries within the app or uninstall the application.
